Monthly co-Chairs are responsible to provide drinks and snacks for meetings.

An outline of duties is in an envelope which is transferrred to one of the monthly Chairs (noted with *). If unable to work assigned month, you are responsible for trading with someone else and notifying monthly chairs of the change.

DUTIES

☕️ Hot Coffee and Tea will no longer be provided at our meetings. All members are responsible for bringing a hot beverage of their choice in their own cup.

The Monthly Breakfast Chair will contact volunteers assigned to her specified month.

Best practice Breakfast Chair and volunteers arrive to set up at 8:00am or earlier.

To provide breakfast like foods accompanied by cold beverages.

 Ex: fruits, salads, baked goods, hot dishes, juices, iced tea and or bottled water.

If you or a volunteer is unable to work your assigned month you are responsible for trading with someone else to take your place.

1.      Set up 2 buffet tables, beverages table, members tables should be also set up at this time.

2.      Cover the buffet tables and beverages with table cover (plastic or other) label food selection if possible. A floral centerpiece or other decorative piece on the main buffet table.  You may coordinate holiday decorations with our members’ table if desired.

3.      Holiday or novelty decorations are not to be left in the storage box.

4.      Last call for food and beverages will be announced prior to guest speaker.

5.      Clean up tables, all leftover food return to volunteers or disposed of.

6.      Current month Tea chair and next month Tea chair to review inventory list for next month’s meeting and hand off the hall’s door key. If unable to do this contact Nancy.

7.      Review inventory list in bin, you are responsible for the contents of the box keeping it up to date with paper and plastic goods.

8.      This list of items and quantities is just an estimate of what should be kept on hand.

100 10” paper plates, 100 paper napkins, 100 assorted plastic fork, knives & spoons are always needed and plastic or paper cups (no Styrofoam).

9.      All inventory items reimbursing receipts should be submitted to Alice Trant for reimbursement.

*Supply Bins (2) Blue & Clear bins contain paper goods for breakfast. Red bin contains Coffee/tea supplies. Bins

are stored on the back wall behind the wooden screens or in storage room.
